Jerry is the go to guy for SAP manufacturing. He was primary in the design of a simplified user application that reduced navigation time and combined activities for the production people. The impact of this alone was invaluable to the manufacturing plants. Jerry is also the person you want to be speaking with if you have an issue with SAP in the manufacturing area. He is a first rate trainer and knowledgeable resource. In the implementation arena, Jerry could be counted on to make his area seamless and worry free. I could focus my time on other aspects of the implementations because I knew that his was handled.

Returned to the grocery business after being away for several years. And the business is still about taking care of the customer. My goal is to always give great customer service and value the dollar that each and every customer spends at our store! Returned to the grocery business after being away for several years. Implementing SAP- PPPI module. Developed training materials and trained plant associates on the system. Part of the Discovery, Build and Deploy teams during my eight year SAP journey. Also part of a team that developed and implemented a simplified Manufacturing Execution Cockpit which was received warmly by our production plants. Also part of the team that added MBOR- Manufacturing Book of Record- which allow the shop floor associates to directly see the Material BOM's. It also allowed the shop floor operators to see and print off their paperwork which included Process Instructions.

I was responsible for delivering training and coaching the plant associates to a successful SAP implementation. We would also set up training classes based on the tasks that would be executed by each specific job. Then stay through a four to six week stabilization phase working with the plant to resolve execution issues.
