Implementing SAP- PPPI module. Developed training materials and trained plant associates on the system. Part of the Discovery, Build and Deploy teams during my eight year SAP journey. Also part of a team that developed and implemented a simplified Manufacturing Execution Cockpit which was received warmly by our production plants.Also part of the team that added MBOR- Manufacturing Book of Record- which allow the shop floor associates to directly see the Material BOM's. It also allowed the shop floor operators to see and print off their paperwork which included Process Instructions.

We would also set up training classes based on the tasks that would be executed by each specific job. Then stay through a four to six week stabilization phase working with the plant to resolve execution issues. We produced 2M lbs per week of RTE meat products.Implemented weekly group meetings for MFG department which include the total plant management team.Plant performance results went from losing $3M to generating $3M in FY 2005.Conducted daily MOS meetings which drived results by resolving production issues.Managed labor with tracking on time starts and proper crewing levels.Experience in working in a union environment and competent with 2nd and 3rd step grievance process.Directed the Overdrive Team which identified $8M in cost saving projects.Developed HACCP plans for seven different product lines.Started up the Sausage Expansion area which included developing cooking programs.
