  Created, developed, grew, and maintained B and C-Level sales accounts through various approaches and adapted a specific strategy for each individual account using a custom CRM system. Over 10 years, I grew my accounts from $500k to $35M annually. Provided on site technical support to customers and helped shrink scrap generation by 80-90 percent by adjusting casting processes. I also assisted in backing up the logistic department and was able to find creative ways of utilizing various transportation strategies to achieve a more economical and efficient supply chain. Technical knowledge of product chemistry allowed me to assist customers in modifying specs and adjusting alloy usage.
