  Owner and Music composer, Jerry Popescu (JP)has been writing and producing music for the past 18 years. Starting his musical knowledge as a Contra Bassist studying classical compositions as well as Jazz theory's and techniques, JP became well known in the Oregon area for the talents as "First Chair" Contra Bassist. Moving forward in the musical journey JP attended Music colleges studying Music Theory, Compositions, theory's of Harmonization, Dynamics, and Musical form. With the main instruments being bass and guitar JP has broaden his musical horizons and has dedicated in learning the Piano, vocal and electronic compositions. In doing so with the studies of music and instrumentation, JP's Genre writing capability's has formed to a very large and broad spectrum. In the year of 2002 JP attended The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Science studying Recording Techniques, Proficiencies in different types of recording media's (Analog/Digital platforms), Microphone placement techniques, and disciplines of acoustical environments and psychoacoustics. With a graduating diploma of the Mastering of Recording Program Jiperton Productions soon became reality with some of Salt Lake City's finest Musicians. Show less
