My responsibilities included: - Corporate Governance - Risk management - Established in-house Stolen Vehicle Recovery Infrastructure - Establish and maintain a network of recovery agents in areas not covered by in-house teams - Established 24 Hour Emergency Call Centre - Managed cross border recovery infrastructure - Managed air recovery infrastructure - Special Investigations - Deployment of Recovery Teams to strategic areas - Maintained a recovery rate in excess of 90% - Compiled and managed budgets - Registration of company with relevant authorities - Firearm license applications and the management thereof - Ensured managers and team leaders maintained SLA’s - Ensured that Building and OHS managers maintained KPA’s - Day to Day running of the Company - Client Services - Facilities Show less
