  As an Operations Officer I was in charge of HR, Sales, Marketing, and creating the Employee Training and Management program. Our sales grew from under 300 thousand euros to over 800 thousand euros, and employed more than 30 new people. The vision was to tackle and make change in 3 major issues in the Finnish construction industry; environmental issues, construction quality and wellbeing of the construction workers. We started training our employees with waste recycling and teamwork methods, and offered young carpenter-students the possibility to start their career as journeymen for experienced construction co-workers. This was the biggest challenge of my life, but worth every second of it.
