Jerry sets the standard for the level design sub-discipline at Serious Labs. His attention to detail, clean organization, efficient design sense, and familiarity with the art asset library allow him to create solid levels for use in our simulators. Jerry's organizational skills also extend to his documentation practices for generating and communicating asset requirements. Jerry is also a good communicator who can keep a level head and work through solutions to difficult problems. As the lead artist on a series of Crane simulator projects, Jerry was instrumental in guiding the team to deliver 3 new levels, many new scenarios, and multiple crane vehicles. He had a significant epiphany about team leadership being about removing obstacles and supporting his team - and really started to own the role and establish solid collaborative relationships with the team. As a developer, Jerry has a strong understanding of his game engine tool set, and knows the significance of creating functional and efficient content from concept to user experience.

Jerry is an extremely charismatic person whose kind heart and cheerful disposition lights up any room. I have worked with him on several projects and he has proven to be an essential and versatile member of Serious Labs. Jerry is a great example of someone who can collaborate with anyone from his team regardless of their discipline. He has served as the company’s UI artist, 3D artist, Flash Scripter, and is now their Cinematic Artist. Jerry is a humble individual who takes his work seriously and ensures tasks are completed to the highest quality. He assisted in creating the UI for many of our training courses, which have been successful in the market. Jerry’s commitment to quality, growth, and progress inspires his team members to strive for the same goals. Jerry is a talented artist and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
