Processing: Use Arburg, Engel, Nissie, Nigata, Haitian, and Demag Injection molding presses. Daily duties include start up and shut down procedures for injection molding presses, maintaining consistent processes, troubleshooting issues that arise, reducing cycle time. Use of thermolators, chillers, robots, RJG, grinders, conveyors, cameras, hot runner controllers. Mold Setup: Setting of molds, used tie in ejectors rods and free standing knock out rods. Setting up of water lines, product containment, mold protection, etc.. Use of fork lift for setting molds.

Used additives such as blowing agent, colorants, and regrind. Mixing of materials, weighing of materials and colorants and use of scales. Mold Change Over: Replacing inserts inside of molds, replacing ejection box springs and pins. Changing inserts from one feature to another. Preventative maintenance cleaning and greasing. Additional Duties: Ordering of supplies, inventorying department on a weekly basis. Improving procedures, organization, inventory levels, and updating of maintenance records and process records.
