Manage the delivery of technical services to the 600 users of the Cleveland Municipal Court and the Court’s partner agencies. Services include 24x7x365 Telephony, Help Desk, and Technical Infrastructure. Work with Elected officials (Judges, and Clerk of Court), agency and department heads to identify, design and execute solutions to improve operations and customer service. Designed the highly available Infrastructure supporting the $9 million project to replace and enhance the Case Management System. Develop a 5 year infrastructure refresh plan which is in the implementation phase. Develop the Annual Operational and Capitol budget for the department, which includes comparisons to Industry benchmarks, and a Project Portfolio summary. Implemented a workflow to address Help Desk request tracking, updated Time and Attendance procedures to ensure proper oversight, championed the update of the Internet including a Content Management System.
