  • Manage day to day operations of the closing department by overseeing the preparation of closing documents, funding of loans, Shipping and Post Closing. • Motivate and maintain a team environment within the closing department/closing staff by providing training and support. • Provide daily support in order to achieve company goals. • Manage and oversee pipeline to ensure loans are closing within the expected turn-times. For all stages of loan closing: cleared-to-close, Ready for docs, Docs out, follow up on docs out to be returned, review of docs back for funding and post closing packages shipped. • Ensure closing department adheres to all company Policy & Procedures, and that all loans are processed in compliance according to all State and Federal regulations. • Oversee Closing Department’s QC Audits and monthly/quarterly reports. Report all finding to V.P. of Operations and President of Company. • Establish Company policies as needed for closing department. • Assist in hiring and training for all closing department staff.
