  • Providing remote support to our clients. Some examples include, but are not limited to, the following: o Staging and setting up new computers at the company’s office. o Working with the Centralized Service Manager to install/manage/check software tools. o Responding to monitoring alerts. o Working with members of our Service Desk team in providing proactive and reactive remote support to our clients via telephone, email and remote control. o Working with members of our Field team in providing onsite support to our clients at their offices. o Installing, configuring and troubleshooting software on desktops and laptops. o User account maintenance, including adding new user accounts, setting-up new user desktop profiles, and email profiles. o Providing support to business end-users for help with various issues. o Performing proactive work. • Configuration and modification of management tools settings. • Creation and implementation of software installation and system management scripts. • Documents work performed, including a description of issue/opportunity/task, work performed, time worked, and any follow-up required. • Maintains up-to-date client documentation. • Answers phones for inbound support calls when receptionist is not available. • Serves as backup for Centralized Services Manager for technical support-related questions.
