  I worked in the front line Early Help Hounslow team supporting the Triage social workers, MASH team, Intake,Safeguarding and Pathways teams within Children's Social Care. My duties included the accurate recordal of all incoming Early Help Assessment forms, Child Protection and Child in Need contacts and referrals. These were received into the service from the police, education professionals, health professionals, foster carers, other local authorities and general members of the public.
