The manager closely monitors worker compliance and accident statistics and implements corrections as needed. - Policies o Establishes policies and procedures designed to promote worker health and safety as well as ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Safety Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities 1. Monitor day to day work activities for the adherence to project risk management strategies c. Provide Support and direction for all project employees on Health, Safety and Environmental related issues d. Facilitate and assist in incident investigations e. Conduct Scheduled HSE Inspections and Behavioral Based Observations on project activities f. Communicate to the project up to date Health, Safety & Environmental information, Safety & Environmental Alerts, Statistics & Incident Reports. g. Assist in conducting formal HSE inductions, site orientations for new project employees h. Assist in conducting HSE training programs developed for the project.
