      ‘Exploring the aspects of product support that affect service quality’ Tijdens dit master thesis project heb ik onderzoek gedaan naar de verschillende aspecten die benodigd om onderhoud en reparaties te kunnen verlenen aan de producten van klanten. Daarbij is de relatie onderzocht tussen ‘product support en ‘service quality’. Voor dit onderzoek heb ik een case study gedaan bij een start-up genaamd PAL-V. Dit innovatieve en unieke bedrijf is actief bezig met de ontwikkeling van de eerste commerciële vliegende auto, ook wel gyroplane genoemd. Gedurende dit onderzoek is vanuit de literatuur en het werkveld informatie verzameld dat na zorgvuldig analyseren resulteerde in een passend advies dat aansluit op de business van PAL-V. Dit advies helpt PAL-V bij het optimaal voorbereiden op het moment dat daadwerkelijk vliegende auto’s geleverd gaan worden aan de klanten. Dit onderzoek is door de universiteit beoordeeld met een 8.
