I was responsible for the marketing department; - writing a new marketing plan - implementing new concepts to the business - sourcing - clientèle contact - visiting hospitals, rehab centres and facilities - creating a new folder These were my main priorities during my working experience. One of the concepts I implemented was the YouTube channel. Because of the short and thight schedules I had to think how we could be more effective in time explanation towards our patients. I thought of a special channel were the customer was able to review the product explanation as was told by one of our employees. This increased our time efficiency, brand awareness and reduced the cost by extra hourly wages of employees, service and fuel. Show less
