Als quality engineer ben ik betroffen bij het opzetten van o.a.het mechanisch handboek die de monteur / leverancier gebruiken om de tools in elkaar te zetten. Daarnaar keur ik ook de tools of ze wel volgens de specificaties zijn gebouwd. Daarbij hou ik mij bezig met de quality inspecties on site als de lijn in aanbouw is. Ook het stuk joining is in mijn taken pakket. Dit houd in dat ik de matrixen beheer controleer en aanpas waar nodig. Dit voor alle las parameters. het maken van PKI's voor het instellen van de robots. Geometrie voor de afname van het product en de gebouwde lijn. Show less
