Met Jeroen is het geweldig samenwerken. Het is een marketeer en strateeg pur sang, maar een die niet stopt bij het bepalen van de juiste route naar het uiteindelijke doel. Hij zorgt er tevens voor dat de organisatie de finish haalt, met andere woorden: hij zet plannen ook om in duidelijke en goed gemanaged projecten. Hij zoekt daarbij samenwerking over afdelingen heen, gaat oplossingsgericht te werk en weet om te gaan met verschillende belangen in een complexe organisatie. Voor hogeschool Windesheim heeft hij visieontwikkeling rond strategisch relatiebeheer en data-gestuurd werken geïnitieerd en deze visie weten te vertalen naar concrete plannen, doelen en werkwijzen en daar brede steun voor gevonden in de organisatie. Daardoor zijn het opbouwen en onderhouden van een persoonlijke relatie én datagestuurd werken inmiddels de maatstaf binnen Windeheim. Daarvoor zijn we Jeroen op zijn zachts gezegd zeer erkentelijk.
