Was employed by the acquiring group, Sheridan Capital based in Chicago, as the VP for Business Development of Empower PT. As VP of Business Development I helped to further refine the acquisition process and model tailored towards future roll-up acquisition targets. I then targeted and worked to complete Empower’s first few acquisitions under the new and reformed entity, Empower Physical Therapy, prior to my departure into MedPartners.

Until Q1 of 2017, my company specialized in the acquisition and development of several outpatient services in multiple states - the majority of which are located in California, Arizona, and Louisiana. Services within our growth platform include physical therapy, pain management, sports medicine, spine intervention, orthopedic practices, durable medical equipment, family practices, and ambulatory surgery centers. From Q2 of 2017 to current we have diverted our focus to the outpatient interventional radiology space and are currently building and expanding these practices. I was one of the lead partners over new business development, expansion, operations, physician recruiting, etc.
