  Over 10 weeks, I developed staffing models and budgeting tools regarding the deployment of physicians, nurses, clinical assistants and other support staff in collaboration with the Kaiser Permanente health plan I analyzed datasets in excess of 5000 entries in order to identify opportunities for cost savings, areas for increased efficiencies in the delivery system, and to provide more information to inform a strategic expansion plan going forward.
