Responsible for all Telecommunication System Documentation (As-built, Configuration Diagrams, Cabling Standards). Quality Assurance & POC for all Cable Plant Maintenance Vendors. Red Switch Asset Management

Support covering overall maintenance logistics for Multimedia equipment and DRSN (Defense Red Switch Network). Daily duties include development and implements procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles. Formulates and implements processes, procedures and systems for tracking and analyzing hardware and equipment from requisition through retirement. Update records of maintenance & repairs of active Red Switch units that are current use in the field. Tracking entire life-cycle management for each asset in order to maintain warranty information, refresh date, and end of life data information. Use of Asset Hawk software for inventory management, Remedy software for trouble tickets and Microsoft Excel for weekly track records for inventory. Provide DRSN installation and configuration for IST's (Integrated Service Telephones, MDA's (Multifunction Digital Adapters), UDLT (Universal Digital Loop Transceiver) Multiplexers, CSU’s (Channel Service Units). Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of inventory.
