One other requirement I have is HAZMAT Certified & CPR certified. My duties are, look up the required parts for the job and answer questions about the parts needed for repair. Those tasks are carried out person to person, ex: the counter which is retail and technicians, and phone calls which are retail and wholesale. I handle the warranty in the Parts Department, which is to make sure the parts are tagged with the required Repair order number and date and put it in it proper location. When Audi is asking for a part back, I see it on my Warranty Parts Portal (WPP), I find the part or parts requested and send it back with the required paperwork needed, so Audi can pay us for the claim. I scrap and clean out the warranty room, when claims are paid for. I'm certified in the warranty process and requirements for our department. I do quality control, inventory control, and parts returns, and ordering when needed, if manager is away or on vacation. I have been working in this brand for over 10 years. I was currently working for Langan Audi East, which was recently acquired by Albany Auto Management in November, and is now know as Audi Albany.
