Selected as a primary negotiator for the United States Department of Education 2021 Negotiated Rulemaking Affordability and Student Loans Committee representing student borrowers. Oversee Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Publications, Information Technology and Travel departments and their functions. Plan and execute UUP delegate assemblies; statewide committee meetings including Executive Board and Joint Labor Management; Leadership retreats, and UUP’s role at affiliate conventions (American Federation of Teachers, National Education Association). Update and execute UUP’s Policies and Procedures including Fiscal Policy, Operations Manual, Guidelines and Constitution.
