I am currently working as an Art Teacher on Wednesday's for Zion Lutheran Elementary. I'm responsible for reviewing a lesson plan before class, obtaining and returning class supplies and leading a group of children in an organized activity the Studio Bella Way. I take roll every class period and give the students a few minutes to eat their snack before we get started on our art activity. Our lesson plans are based on STEAM that have the development of essential skills like cross-cultural, social, problem solving, and critical thinking. It is important to infuse creativity and interest into a students' learning process that let their mind flow freely and express themselves in anyway while doing their fun engaging activity. I am currently work Monday's and Friday's at Alex Sanger Preparatory Elementary. I pick up ever student from their classroom who are attending the after school Studio Bella program and take attendance. Once I pick the students up, I line them all up to wash their hands before heading to the cafeteria to eat their snacks. After the students are finished with their snacks we clean up our tables, pick up all the trash and get ready for homework. Some students work on their homework while others who do not have any homework write on our journals and color freely. I then take them outside for a little bit before staring our FUN activity for the day! Some activities include Lego build days, theme and holiday activities for the kids to enjoy. Show less

As a call center agent, it was critical for me to listen carefully to members concerns to be able to provide them with accurate and satisfying experience. Phones will ring constantly, but being able to answer each call with the same amount of enthusiasm and positivity will help create a good experience for every member who crossed my path. I answered daily calls, took supervisor calls from teammates if needed. I responded to several emails from both members and fellow co-workers. I had the opportunity to help and train incoming people to the CUTX team. Did online banking, Bill Pay, Western Union, and Spring board. Set up online payments, I completed Direct Payment Forms, including text alerts for members to utilize on their mobile app. Show less
