Jeremy is most certainly one of our 'persons of potential' and highly respected within both GPT locally and Ericsson/Marconi globally. He possesses great technical skills, and is developing fine management competence. He is a tremendous asset to our business.

Jeremy has worked in my team for the last 2 years as a Technical Support Engineer. His main role during this time has been to provide technical support to the GPT regional NOC's and field technicians on the Digital Microwave Radio System. He has also supervised sub-contractors in the implementation of difficult remedial works which have improved the network performance. Jeremy is a very capable engineer and his attitude and 100% committement to his work is exceptional, and even when I have pushed him hard on dificult tasks he has always delivered. His technical knowledge on digital microwave radio systems is impressive and his written technical reports are always presented in a professional manner. Jeremy is a popular member of the team and he's been a pleasure to manage, I would have no problem at all in recommending Jeremy for any position that he chooses to apply for.
