• Led the planning, delivery, and review of Victoria’s largest not-for-profit VCE head-start program, including over 400 students and 200 tutors over two years in a high intensity, dynamic team environment • Managed program finances including payroll and invoices, in addition to strategic budgeting, planning, and financial modelling • Achieved a 34% increase in student numbers and 32% increase in revenue, reversing the long-term 10% year-on-year decrease in both these metrics prior to taking up the position, achieved through efficiencies, modernising operational systems and the further mentioned improvements below leading to higher enrolments • Reformed branding and communications to align the program more closely with its aim to address educational disadvantage in Victoria, resulting in over a 100% increase in students from under-represented schools • Trained and managed over 200 tutors in subject tutoring, legal obligations such as mandatory reporting, educational content creation, educational disadvantage in Victorian secondary schools, wellbeing support and legal obligations such as mandatory reporting requirements • Oversaw and implemented the advanced logistical planning and operations of the program, involving hundreds of students, tutors and classes with dedicated timetabling and venue management • Automated key functions including the student application process, tutor hiring process and financial management using self-built data matching programming across a variety of databases, leading to increased efficiencies and output, e.g. being able to manage over 34% more students and tutors while maintaining the operations team at similar numbers
