Fixed and maintained all of the MLRS Launcher Lay System. Troubleshoot, Managed a small team to ensure that the launchers stayed up to code. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi annual and annual technical inspections and services. Coordinating with Lockheed and Martin to ensure proper care of the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) system. Deployed to Camp Buerhing, Kuwait and Syria. Demonstrated the ability to remain flexible in an austere environment while maintaining a positive attitude and working strenuous hours up to 20+ hours a day depending on mission requirements.Accomplishments included: • Maintained 16 MLRS LLM Systems to ensure mission readiness at all times• Brought the mission readiness rating for the 8 HIMARS in Camp Buerhing, Kuwait, from 25% readiness to 100% Readiness in one months time.
