GPS Education Partners is an innovative education model that uniquely prepares students to succeed in technical careers and promotes viability for business. We are committed to helping high school juniors and seniors: · Earn their high school diploma, nationally-recognized manufacturing certifications, and potentially technical college credits/credentials. · Develop skills for life · Experience a career in manufacturing by actively engaging each day in a hands-on, immersive, blended learning setting in local manufacturing companies. Students develop both manufacturing and employability skills and apply instructor-led academic subject matter to the real-time work environment. Businesses continually provide structured training experiences. Our model is successful, repeatable, and scalable, and we firmly believe that by connecting the students and employers of today with the job opportunities and workforce of tomorrow, we will revolutionize how students prepare for a technical career. We will close the skills gap. We will transform lives. As Director of Partner Services, my role is to provide strategic direction and leadership to our partnership services and enrollment team. We nurture our existing partnerships (business and schools) and prospect for new partners across the state of WI and beyond. We also connect high school juniors and seniors to our immersive youth apprenticeship program in the manufacturing industry through active recruitment/enrollment efforts with our partnerships with school districts and high schools.
