  One of my most memorable positions I was tasked with growing, embedding and developing the IAG human centred design capability and making IAG work like the largest design company in the world. With a small team we built on the work already in place and over the year we implemented a sustainable community programme, created new tools, approaches and frameworks, trained over 10% of the Group and drove our mandate forward as one of the key ways of working in the recent transformation activities. A highlight was knowing we had created over 50 active practitioners working across Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Christchurch.

  Having worked the acting role leading the team since January, I officially took on the role of Director. The remit of the continued to focus on the key strategic initiatives for the Westpac RBB CEO, Brian Hartzer. My main focus was supporting the Business Banking Transformation programme, leading the review and redesign of the business lending portfolio. I also grew the team, implemented a world class capability outline and working alongside the Director for Lean, prototyped our joint methodology in reviewing and re-designing key business streams.
