Gained 15lbs of muscle, healthy eating, cut out alcohol completely, journaling daily, meditating daily, overcame anxiety and depression, more positive, happier, found a new purpose, won a body building physique competition and most importantly live with zero doubt. -Have already helped clients lose over 1,000 lbs. and helped them gain 150 lbs. of muscle -Have collected over 100 life changing testimonials from happier clients, - Life Coaching: Help clients STOP play the victim card, make excuses, let society tell them how to live, trying too hard to make other people happy, relying on others for personal happiness and doubting themselves. Help clients START enjoying alone time, turning off gadgets and go outside, positive thinking, believing in themselves, making their own happiness, expressing their creativity, acknowledging their desires dreams and wishes, make everything they want happen. -Help clients interpret desires and create goals. Also, help those that are struggle with their current goals. Serve as an objective voice. -Create personalized workout routines to improve muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular health. - Set ZDC's 6 pillars of wellness goals and monitor clients’ progress - Recommend a nutritionist to give dietary advice and producing plans to help clients eat healthy meals when applicable. -Instruct clients to use gym equipment properly to complete their workout in the most effective manner properly. -My responsibilities at Zero Doubt Club are: Training staff of life coaches and personal trainers, review client retention metrics, personal training and life coaching process improvements, make sure staff and clients are ONLY focused on results for their transformation, review metrics of retention and client success results daily.
