      IT Director: I am in charge of software, hardware and Infrastructure at Canyon Media Center. I work with The Cheif Engineer and Management to fulfill the IT needs of Our Company. I work daily with windows 11, Windows 10, and Windows 7 (also a handful of Windows xp Machines, as well as a few main Windows Servers that handle our Radio Automation). I also maintain several systems that all interact to keep our 9 Radio Stations on the Air. I maintain all our Audio over IP systems allowing audio from our several Radio Studios to sound pristine. On a personal level, I manage our 5 different Google Workspace Accounts. Creating emails for all our users. I also maintain our in-office computers and handle day-to-day IT problems for our sales force and Our On air Production department, our Digital/Design Department, and our News Department. This includes Windows Machines, Apple Machines and even a couple of Linux boxes. Troubleshooting everything from emails attachments not working, Premiere Pro or Photoshop or Indesign Audition crashing, Help Printing Proposals, to why isni't my Monitor working. I pride myself on being able to quickly and effectively being able to address issues as they come to me. Also being able to work with a very diverse group of people that may or may not be in a pleasant mood. I also have to have excellent skills at walking through someone remotely how to fix an issue on their phone or computer due to the go go go nature of our business. I've never had a complaint about my disposition under sometimes very pressing issues that need to get resolved. I keep a cool head and smile on my face. Production Director: Audio is my other Passion Next to IT. As the Production Director, I am over all of our In-house Ad Production. Working with Clients, Salespeople, and my Production Assistants to make sure the quality of our advertising product is always Top tier. Show less

      I started out as a Crew Support Agent. I worked with all of our crew members to make sure our flights we all staffed and that all of our crew were within their legal flight times each day. This included the need to be very flexible and be able to reroute crew members in time-critical situations to keep our flights on time and the Crews within their legal flight times. I then was promoted to the position of Crew Support Systems and Project Coordinator. I was still working with the Crew Support Department but I was responsible for overseeing our ongoing conversation with our IT Department. Acting as a Liason for where there were Computer issues in the Department. As welll as being involved in Testing the Software we used to Track Legalities for all of our crew members. I was also Involved with Training on New software and Testing new software. Show less

I am in charge of not only staffing my department but also for the quality of the calls that my agents receive.
