Key Contributions • Senior member of MHK Data Integration project supporting the business and compliance related reporting needs, prioritization, and intake process design. • Subject matter expert for two separate Maximum Out of Pocket (MOOP) Reconciliation project. These projects involved multiple operational team with a variety of reporting needs and process changes, totaling a combined value of $20m+ in refunds to providers and members. • As a member of the Affordability Initiative leadership team I am responsible for managing reporting of $12m+ in funded Payment Integrity/Cost Avoidance & Reduction initiatives. • To date I have provided executive & leadership coaching for external and internal clients (including members of the International Markets Senior Leader program), as part of the Cigna Coaching Center of Excellence, totaling 100+ hours. • Manage development and maintenance of 300+ reports, dashboards & apps supporting operational teams. • Developed operational efficiencies supporting a 3x increase in intake requests without an increase in average turnaround time.
