Designed, built, tested, and delivered multiple pipe collapse systems. Worked with multidisciplinary team to integrate triplex pump system, pressure vessel, and control system to collapse pipe samples used in deep sea drilling applications. Worked with technicians to deliver and assemble collapse systems at client facilities. Performed qualification testing for Blowout Preventers (BOP) used to prevent deep sea oil well blowouts for $50K. Managed and worked with technicians to design and build a test apparatus that implemented various temperature and pressure conditions on the BOP system.Setup a Data Acquisition (DAQ) system using LABVIEW to monitor and record the function and conditions of the BOP system. Redesigned the interior of a vacuum test chamber used to calibrate spacecraft instruments. Designed and fabricated multiple fixtures used to integrate a hexapod into the vacuum chamber that is used to manipulate the position of the instrument. Designed and fabricated multiple pieces of Ground Service Equipment (GSE) used to properly handle components of spacecraft instruments. Wrote procedures for coating spacecraft instrument components. Worked with engineers and specialists to document steps needed to properly coat instrument components in Ebanol-C (Copper Oxide). Show less

Analyzed multiple naval gun ballistic computer algorithms with another engineer by running different naval munitions through each algorithm, comparing the results, and presenting those results to management. Result: Management used findings to determine which algorithm was best for any future efforts.
