  Pearsons was an established private practice of residential, commercial, agricultural and auctioneers working in both the residential and commercial teams, based in Aldershot and Fleet. In 1996 Pearsons were acquired by Prudential and by that time I was Regional Director of the Basingstoke area, with responsibilities for several local offices and profit centres. I then focused exclusively on commercial property transactions. In 1991 London Clancy undertook a management buy out of the Basingstoke and Guildford offices of Prudential Property Services (Commercial Division). I set up a new office for London Clancy in Camberley from a cold start, which rose to 7 employees within 5 years, and established London Clancy's Blackwater Valley base.
