It's not often in my career that I have found someone so detail oriented and hard working as Jeremy, which should speak to itself given my lengthy career. In today's workforce, there are not many young professionals getting into the building industry, let alone starting their own subcontracting firm in the midst of a pandemic. When Jeremy approached me to join him in this venture I was both humbled and excited, as he is a dynamic professional and an all around great guy. Jeremy's diverse background brought a unique perspective to the subcontracting world and his desire to know the "why" behind everything we do is something that has been missing in our industry for years now. He is always thinking about cause and effect, and is constantly seeking ways to improve our industry. Given the opportunity to get involved in the planning stages of a project, Jeremy excels in product knowledge and selections that benefit every project. I would certainly put him in any room with a design team! Jeremy set five core values up when he started his company and not only does he live and breathe them daily, so does his entire team. We, Black Wolf Group, own 16 TWO MEN AND A TRUCK (TMT) franchises. Jeremy has a complete & unique perspective of franchising and of the TMT franchise system. Jeremy started as a mover at the Franchisor's flagship store, learning the business from the ground up. He was then promoted to management at the Franchisor's headquarters. We then recruited him to run our acquisition of a multi-unit group of TMT stores in Minneapolis. He exceeded financial & customer service goals. He lead a textbook example of turning around a broken business. We then promoted Jeremy to President of our 16 franchise moving business. Jeremy's continued focus on employee development & customer service enriches both our Group and the TMT brand.
