I provide network solutions engineering for our partnership with AT&T and services as custom WAN Acceleration WAN solutions like Riverbed visibility tools and acceleration tools and AT&T Software Defined Wide Area Network with VMware (AT&T SD-WAN with VMware) provides intelligent and programmable, rules-based WAN routing services, centralized management, and integration through APIs to AT&T network management systems. The Service utilize sedge-to-edge persistent and dynamic tunnels, which are constructed when two different Sites need to communicate. The dynamic tunnel is eliminated after a few minutes of inactivity As network conditions shift, automated and manual route changes enable data to be delivered over the best available transport for each application. The Telephony System Implementation/TAC Support Engineer will be responsible for multiple technical duties. Primary is the direct customer troubleshooting support via telephone and/or e-mail, problem identification and resolution, and detailed documentation of the customer’s configuration as well as telephony system implementations. (on-site and remote) Principal Duties : The Telephony System TAC Support Engineer will be responsible for the support of all customer technical and service related issues. This includes escalation of complex and Priority 1 severity customer outages as well as problem resolution and documentation of customer issues. The Telephony System Implementation/TAC Support Engineer will also be responsible for playing a key role in executing remote solution upgrades, bug fixes and system health checks/optimizations. Key Responsibilities and Assignments: Answer, track and resolve customer support, TAC related issues Resolutions, root cause analysis and documentation of all customer support issues Plan, execute and complete upgrades and projects Execute remote support sessions directly into customer systems Act as Subject Matter Expert in support of sales and implementation teams Implement ShoreTel solutions at the customer site or via a cloud based solution Experience : • T1,T3, POS, ATM connections and services like PPP, Frame-relay,X25. • QoS based on Cisco routers supported on all WAN connections and VPN/DMVPN services. • Broadband Technologies like L2TP, VPDN, PPPOX , intelligent services gateway (ISG), Circuit Emulation (CEM) • Cisco SCE support which is a carrier-grade deployments requiring high-capacity stateful application and session-based classification and control of application-level IP traffic per subscriber.
