Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a $2.5M budget, that resulted in a 15% growth in revenue and a 23% increase in operating surplus. Recruit, lead, and direct 8 leadership team members and 150+ part-time staff members. Exceeded the Annual Support Campaign goal of $110,000 by raising $115,000, increasing total number of volunteers by 110% and total donors by 150%. Increased overall membership sales by 25% and increased retention by 10%, through a new, innovative, branch-wide member on-boarding program and value-based sales approach. Developed and executed high-quality programming to increase the overall value of membership and program participation through a strategic approach for families, adults, seniors, and youth. This resulted in an overall 40% increase in participation. Developed an intentional board recruitment strategy to reflect the demographics of both the community and the Y. Created a volunteer-led board orientation process to increase engagement among board members. Spearheaded a culture change for board engagement based on participation, generative discussion, realigned committees, and prioritization of community needs and overall strategic plan. Recruited two new church partnerships to align the Christian Mission of the Y to serve as additional engagement opportunities. Designed and managed a three-phase facility renovation project that intentionally focused on driving membership units and membership retention through reimagining spaces in facility. Implemented a membership acquisition and retention program to align with newly renovated spaces, which increased both sales and retention. Designed, created and implemented a boutique style, fee-based program that operates within the Y in order to increase membership, engagement, community footprint and increased revenue to branch.

Served as the Senior Membership Director with direct oversight and management of the membership and branch childcare departments to serve a 1900 membership unit branch. Supervise, hire and train over 50 full and part time staff members. Oversight of a membership budget of 1.2M and assisted in budget development for the branch of 2.5M. Responsible for 2017 Annual Campaign to include working with staff and volunteers to exceed my personal goal of $10,000 and raise $30,000. Provided leadership to staff and volunteers for the 2016 Annual Campaign to surpass personal goal of $5,000 and raise $10,000. Grew overall membership 7.25% in 2016, which was second highest in the association and developed a cross-departmental retention plan to improve overall retention (63% in 2016). Provide leadership to the Social Responsibility Committee, which is led by board volunteers, to strategically direct the Annual Campaign and implement a comprehensive plan for volunteerism. Engage board and committee members through regular meetings and assist in the recruitment of new board members to position the Y as a collaborative community partner. Initiated community partnerships with area businesses that have led to mutually beneficial collaborations impacting both the annual campaign and increasing membership units. Leverage the Y as a community partner through active participation in local community organizations. Collaborate with The Movement Church in community activities, volunteer events and service projects, which strengthen the Christian emphasis of the Cordova Y. Created and implemented a prospecting campaign initiative for senior level staff to increase our community footprint, grow new membership sales, and increase annual campaign growth. Developed and implemented new family programming to add value to memberships and increase engagement. Implement branch-marketing plan to support program and membership growth.
