       Served as the Senior Membership Director with direct oversight and management of the membership and branch childcare departments to serve a 1900 membership unit branch. Supervise, hire and train over 50 full and part time staff members. Oversight of a membership budget of 1.2M and assisted in budget development for the branch of 2.5M. Responsible for 2017 Annual Campaign to include working with staff and volunteers to exceed my personal goal of $10,000 and raise $30,000.  Provided leadership to staff and volunteers for the 2016 Annual Campaign to surpass personal goal of $5,000 and raise $10,000. Grew overall membership 7.25% in 2016, which was second highest in the association and developed a cross-departmental retention plan to improve overall retention (63% in 2016). Provide leadership to the Social Responsibility Committee, which is led by board volunteers, to strategically direct the Annual Campaign and implement a comprehensive plan for volunteerism. Engage board and committee members through regular meetings and assist in the recruitment of new board members to position the Y as a collaborative community partner.  Initiated community partnerships with area businesses that have led to mutually beneficial collaborations impacting both the annual campaign and increasing membership units.  Leverage the Y as a community partner through active participation in local community organizations.  Collaborate with The Movement Church in community activities, volunteer events and service projects, which strengthen the Christian emphasis of the Cordova Y. Created and implemented a prospecting campaign initiative for senior level staff to increase our community footprint, grow new membership sales, and increase annual campaign growth.  Developed and implemented new family programming to add value to memberships and increase engagement.  Implement branch-marketing plan to support program and membership growth.
