  Responsible for managing the company hatchery. Responsible for day to day operation and management of 25 employees. Hatchery was capable of hatching approximately 950,000 chicks per week. During my tenure, I gained experience in managing employees, health and safety, sanitation of a hatchery and products utilized, management of multistage Jamesway and single Stage Chickmaster setters. In 2010, I had the privilege of participating in the company Manager's Trainee Program. Through this program, I experienced the entire company from start to finish over a one year time period.
