Jeremy seeks solutions rather than excuses, and won't give up on something until he has not only arrived at the solution but has also implemented it. ANY organization would be lucky to have Jeremy as a part of their team. On top of all that, Jeremy is a good, honest person as well. Those two things can not possibly be valued enough, in my opinion.
