I visited preschool classes around the Skagit Valley and conducted 5 week nutrition education lessons, using USDA curriculum in 20 different classrooms. I also gave parent nutrition classes, using the "Plan, Shop, Save" curriculum. This focuses on saving money while shopping, learning how to accurately read nutrition facts and labels, and healthy cooking ideas.
