We are a fully automated silk screen printing company that also offers promotional products, signs, and embroidery services. My role at TA Wear is to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently day to day. My ability to learn new skills has allowed me to adapt in an environment that I've never been in before. The screen printing business is an art form that has to be mastered in order to ensure production is at its finest quality. I have also learned valuable skills in graphic art.   Olympia Sporting Goods was the largest sporting goods supplier in Alabama until they were acquired by BSN Sports in May 2014. I began my employment with Olympia as a CSR with the role of managing the delivery of personalized goods to local customers. Our customer base was mainly athletic departments at schools throughout the southeast. Throughout my employment at Olympia I was given additional tasks that required more time and dedication to the job. I began to oversee the entire personalization process after the initial order was placed. Including visiting our decoration vendors to ensure quality. My employment ended when the company was sold to the largest sporting goods supplier in the nation, BSN Sports. Although I did not take a job with BSN, I had other options through the contacts that I had made while at Olympia. I immediately began working with one of our Vendors, TA Wear. Show less
