I helped with taking a small golf club, that offered mostly frozen foods, to a full service restaurant with seasonal changing menus, offering fresh foods and a gourmet twist on classic pub favorites. With doing scheduling coordinating with hosting events and banquets creating unique and specialty menus for events, while managing food coat and keeping a low food cost and turning a profit that increased up to 35 percent from the previous years.
