  Work with Process Technicians and Lead Technicians to ensure correct processing, and maintenance of all Kautex continuous extrusion multi-layer blow molding machines, all Uniloy Milacron mono-layer accumulator head blow molding machines, all Octagon throughput control systems, ABB robots, Kuka robots, Fanuc robots, grinders, and material handling systems.• Work with Technicians to find the root cause of problems and troubleshoot advanced issues to reduce scrap tanks and machine downtime to include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC related issues• Work with a team of Engineers to do prototype trial runs of new tank designs, make recommendations on mold or tooling design changes to resolve issues seen during the run, and make changes to the blow mold parameters to improve the product• Work with a team of Engineers to set up an auto deflash cell to include motion path programming, adding inputs/outputs for communication between the 3 different robots to prevent collision, updating the homing routines of the robots to get them home safely from any position and still avoid collision with items inside cell and other robots• Put together several different quotes for a mold temperature control project and presented my findings and ideas to management team to see which design or style they wanted to pursue. After getting approval purchased the required items and implemented this on 3 separate machines.• Communicate with management, MRO, and suppliers to get parts and supplies ordered and work with Technicians to get those parts replaced during scheduled machine downtime• Use TwinCat PLC CONTROL program to find out what is causing the undesired issue on the Kautex Blow molding machines and make modifications to the program logic to correct the issues, and have integrated new inputs into the current configuration and setup the Program Logic to use the inputs for intended purpose • Use SolidWorks to design or modify tools for different processes.

  Setup and operate a variety of material handling, molding, finishing, welding and assembly equipment. Monitor scrap being produced from Process and effect changes needed to eliminate root cause of scrap. Record all required process data in either hard copy or electronic form.
