I had the opportunity to work with Jeremy as a supplier to Caterpillar Inc. We together did a three month Value Stream Transformation project in the machine shop that Jeremy supervised at Tavis Metal & Fabrication. Jeremy is a very capable supervisor and obtains a lot of respect from his staff on the shop floor. He was very open to suggestions to change and made swift progress on improvement ideas that he and his team came up with in Kaizen events. I got to learn a lot from him from his strong machining experience during SMED events where his team managed to achieve more than 50% reduction in setup-times. He works very well with both his subordinates and his higher management at Tavis. I enjoyed every bit of my time at Tavis working with Jeremy and his counterparts. I wish Jeremy a bright future in his career and would strongly recommend him to any employer.

Every day, I observed while onsite Jeremy was doing an excellent job in his position and was an asset to our VST efforts. He is a solid performer who posses good written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently, and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner. He always made our jobs easier. Jeremy has always been willing to offer his assistance, counsel and has maintained an excellent rapport with his employees. He would be an asset to any employer and I highly recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue.
