Responsibilities will include the following: - Assist in the overall start-up of the company (Allied Staffing Network) - Process company payroll and time sheet collection - Assist with development, adherence to and enforcement of company policies; as well as adherence to state laws in development of company policies - Coordinate benefits and health insurance enrollment for staff and answer related questions - Assist with recruiting and staffing logistics and on-boarding of new employees - Coordinate employee orientation, development and training - Maintain employee files ensuring everything is complete and correct in accordance with state laws - Perform other duties as assigned, including special administrative projects - Manage a broad scope of complex personnel related functions including recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, compensation issues, termination / layoff, performance evaluation, benefits administration and diversity - Collect and process internal expense reimbursements Show less
