I initially interned at the Academy for 8 months then was asked to work casually as a contractor. I assist my supervisor in conducting fitness test such as VO2 max test, Wingate tests and various field tests for elite and high school athletes. Additionally, I sometimes run strength sessions as well as educate athletes about the importance of recovery and factors affecting performance.
