Engineering Internship with Construction and Project Management groups. Projects included Bangerter Highway/I-15 Interchange, SR-248 Widening, and several local government projects. Construction experience included CAD, surveying, construction inspection, traffic control, spec compliance, and wetland compliance. Project Management tasks involved the review of plans/specifications, preparation of consultant contracts, modifications of contracts, formation of project management tools, research of design alternatives, and project presentations. Other tasks included permit research, bid system entry, and Pre-construction Program Management System (PPMS) analysis.
