I had the pleasure of serving with Jeremy during an arduous tour on a US Navy destroyer. His tenacious drive to learn and unrelenting commitment to bettering his subordinates were ABSOLUTELY instrumental to the success of the Division, Department, and ultimately the ship. He was an incredible asset to the team, with an innate understanding of how to engage his personnel in meaningful ways. Jeremy has a rare combination of talents; the ability to quickly grasp new and previously unfamiliar concepts and apply them, and a natural talent for passing that knowledge on to his team. Ensuring the entire team succeeds. One of the most exciting things about working with Jeremy was his absolute desire to see everyone succeed. I know I would not have enjoyed the successes I had during our tour together, if it were not for his hard work and motivation.
