I had the pleasure of serving with Jeremy during an arduous tour on a US Navy destroyer. His tenacious drive to learn and unrelenting commitment to bettering his subordinates were ABSOLUTELY instrumental to the success of the Division, Department, and ultimately the ship. He was an incredible asset to the team, with an innate understanding of how to engage his personnel in meaningful ways.
