Lead and main developer and sustainer of test and school investigation and appeal procedures, methodology, work papers, and reports. The purpose of these documents is to describe the information needed by the FDOE during the appeals process in order to make determinations concerning held scores and/or school grades. These documents function as a resource and guide while developing an appeal to show cause as to why the anomaly occurred at the student and/or school level.Lead programmer for the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) 2.0 Writing assessment. Responsibilities include: Coordinates the verification of developing data, procedures, and test file layouts, as well as confirming the accuracy of imaging, scanning, and scoring of answer documents.
