I have worked with Jeremy in the past at DLB associates but he was hired by me at ATC as a dispatcher and service writer. He quickly became familiar with dial up troubleshooting with aspirations of being a field technician. With Jeremy's IT background he fell right into place with the networking of the Johnson Controls Systems and was quickly trained to troubleshoot the multiple HVAC systems in schools, hospitals, office buildings and multiple other locations.
