I have worked in libraries for 12 years and worked as a supervisor at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. Mr. Andrykowski was recently promoted to Manager of Circulation. He was a very supportive coworker, as he held the same supervisory role I was working before his promotion. He helped me understand my role and served as a kind and knowledgeable mentor despite being busy in his own new role as manager. In his role as a Circulation Manager, Mr. Andrykowski was primarily responsible for the workflow of all materials leaving and returning to the library, customer service and management of the circulation staff (approximately 50 personnel). He excelled at customer service and held monthly meetings with staff where he passed his knowledge and experience with training, guidance and instruction.
