I can think of 2-3 other people I've worked with in the past that were as productive and capable as Jeremy. When tasked with anything, he digs in, learns best practices, and then applies them to add value. What would take other employees weeks takes Jeremy days. Jeremy is a delight to work with, and is friendly, thoughtful, and personable. He's become a highly skilled data engineer and is largely self-taught.
